Slack Integration with CRM

You can connect your Slack account to receive notifications from Lightfield (this requires admin setup in Settings → Notifications). However, a full Slack integration is not yet available, but it is actively being developed.

Current Status

A deeper Slack connector — bringing customer conversations and agent chat into the CRM — is in active development. Today you can send Lightfield notifications to Slack; full conversation sync isn't available yet.

Available Integrations

While Slack integration is not yet ready, you can currently set up integrations with other platforms from the settings:

• Notion

• Linear

• Granola

What to Expect

When the Slack integration becomes available, it will allow you to sync conversations directly into your CRM, providing a more comprehensive integration than simple field updates.
