7.4 Generate a pipeline report

"Run the active opportunities report"

This generates a visual dashboard showing total pipeline value by stage, deal count by stage and owner, deals at risk (no activity, no next step), and upcoming close dates.

Custom pipeline reports via the agent

  • "Give me a summary of my pipeline this week — what moved, what's at risk, what closed"

  • "Show me all deals closing this month, sorted by value"

  • "Which rep has the most deals in the Negotiate and Close stage?"

  • "Create a pipeline dashboard for my weekly team sync — include a chart of deals by stage and a table of the top 10 deals by value"

The agent generates the report as an interactive file you can share with your team.

Scheduling reports

Lightfield is adding time-based automations that will let you schedule recurring reports — for example, a weekly pipeline summary delivered every Monday at 8am. Available soon.


7.5 Can I build custom dashboards?

Yes, though Lightfield dashboards work differently than in traditional BI tools.
