5.6 Are sent emails stored in Lightfield?
Yes. Both sent and received emails are synced.
Any email you send from your connected Gmail account to an external contact appears in the recipient's contact timeline, the associated account timeline, and any linked opportunity timeline. Emails drafted and sent directly from Lightfield are also logged automatically.
Note: If you send an email to a domain on your Do Not Track list, that email will not be stored.
5.7 What happens to BCC'd emails?
You BCC someone on an outbound email — the email syncs normally. The BCC recipient is not added as a contact unless they reply.
You are BCC'd on an inbound email — Lightfield syncs the email and creates or updates records for the sender and To/CC recipients.
A colleague BCCs a shared inbox that's connected — the email syncs if that shared inbox is connected to Lightfield.
BCC is generally treated the same as CC — the email is stored and the sender/recipients are processed.
Privacy note: Lightfield only syncs emails from connected accounts. If you BCC an address that isn't a connected Lightfield account, Lightfield won't see that copy.
