Phone Call Tracking and Dialer Integration

Currently, Lightfield does not have a built-in dialer or automatic phone call tracking capabilities. However, we understand this is an important feature for sales teams and CRM workflows.

Current Limitations

At this time, Lightfield cannot:

  • Make phone calls directly through the CRM

  • Automatically track phone call activity

  • Integrate with popular sales engagement platforms for call tracking

  • Capture phone call data through APIs

Workarounds for Call Activity

While we work on developing these features, you can manually log call activities by:

  • Adding notes to contact records after phone calls

  • Creating manual entries for call attempts and outcomes

  • Using the meeting sync feature for scheduled video calls with transcript uploads

Phone call integration and dialer functionality are actively being considered for future development. Our team is exploring options for:
