Lightfield API and Integration Options
Last updated: June 5, 2026
Lightfield offers several ways to integrate with external tools and services. Here's what's currently available and what's coming soon.
Current Integration Options
Webhooks (Available Now)
You can currently use webhooks to send data into Lightfield from external services. This allows you to:
Create or update records triggered by external events
Import data from forms, landing pages, and other tools
Connect with services like Typeform, Stripe, and other webhook-enabled platforms
To set up webhook integrations, you can create workflows that respond to incoming webhook data and use the "Ask Lightfield" step to process and store the information.
Available Connectors
Lightfield currently supports direct connections to Notion, Linear, Mixpanel, and Granola — available in Settings under Connectors. You can also connect Lightfield to Claude and other MCP clients using the Lightfield MCP connector (see "Using Lightfield with Claude (MCP)")
APIs
The Lightfield API is live. Documentation is available at docs.lightfield.app. This provides full programmatic access to:
Create, read, update, and delete contacts, companies, and deals
Manage tasks and opportunities
Access conversation data and meeting transcripts
Outbound Webhooks
Workflows can send data out of Lightfield to external services using the HTTP request step — for example, posting an update to a Slack webhook. Additional outbound webhook options are planned.
Workarounds for Common Integration Needs
CRM Integration
While direct CRM integrations aren't available yet, you can:
Run Lightfield in parallel with your existing CRM
Use webhook workflows to sync specific data points
Wait for the upcoming API to build custom integrations
Meeting Transcripts
For tools like Circleback or Fathom that support webhook outputs, you can send meeting transcripts to Lightfield's webhook endpoint and use workflows to process and store them automatically.
For importing historical meeting transcripts or bulk uploads, you can:
Manually create notes - Copy transcript content into notes attached to the relevant account or contact
Provide transcript URLs - If meetings already exist in Lightfield, give the agent a URL to the meeting transcript (e.g., a Dropbox link) and it will attach them to the meeting. The agent can then pull these transcripts into context when providing summaries.
Note: Avoid asking the agent to copy long transcripts word‑by‑word, as this will be slow and may hit output token limitations.
Getting Notified
If you're interested in using the API or specific integrations once they're available, reach out to the Lightfield team and they'll notify you as soon as these features are ready.
