2.9 What data does Lightfield auto-enrich?

Lightfield enriches account and contact records automatically using public data sources and information extracted from your own conversations.

Account-level enrichment

Pulled automatically for every account: company name, website, industry, headcount range, revenue range, funding history (date, amount, series), LinkedIn URL, and location.

Contact-level enrichment

Job title (from email signatures, LinkedIn, and meeting context), company association, and email address (from your connected inbox).

Note: Lightfield does not enrich cold contact lists or find emails for people you've never interacted with. Enrichment focuses on contacts already in your CRM.

AI-inferred fields

Beyond public enrichment, Lightfield extracts information from your actual conversations:

  • Deal size, seat count, billing term — from emails and meeting transcripts

  • Current CRM, competitors, meeting recorder — captured when mentioned in calls

  • Pain points and use cases — logged as opportunity context


2.10 Can I import contacts from HubSpot / CSV?

Yes. Lightfield supports CSV import for accounts, contacts, and opportunities.

Import via the agent (recommended)

Open a new chat → attach your CSV → type: "Import these contacts into my CRM." Lightfield examines the headers, maps them to CRM fields, and walks you through any ambiguous columns before creating records.

Import order matters — to ensure records link correctly:

  1. Accounts first

  2. Contacts second (linked to accounts)

  3. Opportunities third (linked to both)

Tips for a clean import

  • Include an email column for contacts — this is the primary deduplication key

  • Include a domain or website column for accounts

  • If a record already exists, Lightfield skips it and tells you

Importing from HubSpot Export your data from HubSpot as CSVs (one each for accounts, contacts, and deals), then import each file using the flow above.
