Lightfield has two roles: Admin and Member. You set a person's role when you invite them, and you can change it later. Manage everyone from Settings → Members.

Automations (Pro plan customers) — today only admins can create automations
Everything a Member can do
Member
Use the CRM day to day — accounts, contacts, opportunities, meetings, chat, tasks, and notes
Can't manage members or change workspace-level settings
Changing someone's role
Go to Settings → Members.
Find the person in the list.
Set their role to Admin or Member.
Common questions
Is there a view-only or read-only seat? Yes. For the Pro plan, Lightfield has view-only seats. For the Starter plan, Lightfield has just the two roles — Admin and Member. There isn't a separate view-only seat.
How many admins can we have? As many as you need. It's a good idea to keep at least two so someone can always manage the workspace.
Who can invite new people? Admins. If you can't invite someone, ask an admin on your team to set you up or send the invite.
