• Pulse updates - Automated notifications via email or Slack for accounts requiring attention

• Slack Connect channel tracking - Monitor conversations in external Slack channels

• LinkedIn DM integration - Likely through a browser extension to capture LinkedIn conversations

Slack channel sync (beta)

Slack channel sync is now available in beta — link Slack channels to your accounts and opportunities to bring their messages into the CRM. Syncing from external Slack Connect channels is still on the way.

Integration Recommendations

For certain use cases, Lightfield recommends using specialized tools alongside the platform:

• Email marketing campaigns - Use dedicated email marketing tools like Loops, with Lightfield Workflows pushing webhook events to enroll contacts in drip campaigns

• Note enhancement - Tools like Granola can complement Lightfield for enhanced note-taking capabilities
