8.3 Update billing or switch plans

Current plans

Startup — $59/user/month (monthly) Meeting recording, transcription, and AI analysis; automated enrichment and record updates; unlimited agent queries; fully configurable data model; 1,000 workflow automations per seat per month; dedicated Slack channel support.

Pro — $99/user/month (annual) or ~$199/user/month (enterprise) Everything in Startup, plus: higher record and workflow limits, advanced permissions, custom objects, white-glove migration and onboarding, dedicated customer success manager.

View or change your plan

Settings → Billing → view your current plan, seat count, and next billing date → click Change plan to upgrade or downgrade. For enterprise pricing or annual contracts, contact support@lightfield.app.

Adding or removing seats

  • Add a seat: invite a new member in Settings → Members — billed automatically on your next invoice

  • Remove a seat: remove the member in Settings → Members — credited on your next invoice

For 5+ seats or an annual commitment, Lightfield offers volume and duration discounts. Contact support@lightfield.app to discuss.

8.4 Delete or export your data

Export your data

Via the agent: "Export all my accounts to a CSV" or "Export the full meeting history for the past 6 months."

For a full workspace export (everything), contact support@lightfield.app and request a workspace data export. It will be delivered as a set of CSV files.

Delete individual records

Navigate to any account, contact, or opportunity → three-dot menu → Delete. Deleted records are blocked from being recreated.

Bulk-delete via the agent: "Delete all accounts with no opportunities, no meetings, and no emails."

Delete your workspace

Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Contact support@lightfield.app with your workspace name and request. All data is permanently removed from Lightfield's systems within 30 days.

8.5 Configure custom attribute definitions

Custom fields let you track anything beyond Lightfield's defaults. Creating and editing attribute definitions requires Admin access.

Create a custom field

Settings → Data model → select the object type (Account, Contact, or Opportunity) → + Add field → configure:

  • Label — what the field is called (e.g., "Contract Value")

  • Type — Text, Number, Currency, Date, Single-select, Multi-select, Checkbox, URL, Email, or Phone

  • AI prompt (optional) — how Lightfield should auto-populate this field from meetings and emails

AI auto-fill examples

  • "Listen for the number of seats the customer wants to purchase"

  • "Capture the prospect's current CRM when they mention it in meetings"

  • "Note the prospect's primary use case based on what they describe in calls"

When Lightfield detects relevant information in a transcript or email, it suggests an update — or applies it automatically, depending on your settings.

Edit or delete a field

Settings → Data model → find the field → click the edit or delete icon.

Deleting a field permanently removes all values stored in it across all records. This cannot be undone.
